Actress Lori Petty has pleaded no contest to a charge of drink-driving following her arrest in May.
The Tank Girl star was arrested after allegedly hitting a skateboarder with her car in the Venice neighbourhood of Los Angeles.
Two other charges of driving without insurance and driving under the influence (DUI) with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher with injuries were dismissed.
Petty, 45, received 5 years’ probation and was ordered to pay $100 in court fees and $395 in fines and penalties.
She also agreed to complete a 60-day outpatient alcohol treatment programme, which she has already begun.
