Milkshake star Kelis has reportedly had to skip her court date as she has gone into labour.

Kelis, 29, is expecting her first child, a boy, with her estranged husband Nas, 35, and she was due in court to fight her hubby for child support and baby and prenatal expenses.

However, it has been claimed that the star has now gone into labour and has not been able to make it to court.

It is reported that Nas’ lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said that the rapper is in New York and was “rushing to the hospital to be with her”.

The couple married in 2005, but it was reported in April this year that Kelis was filing for a divorce.
