Cancer-stricken Patrick Swayze is still battling the effects of his dramatic illness.

Photographs of the actor and pancreatic cancer sufferer at his ranch have surfaced.

They show Swayze in a cowboy hat, jeans and jacket near his pick-up truck, smiling and active. Although she does not appear, Swayze’s wife, Lisa Niemi, is said to be on hand and to accompany him on a burger run.

Swayze’s cop show The Beast was cancelled two days before the photos.

It ran for one season.

The couple gave a frank and touching interview to Barbara Walters in which they talked at length about their struggle and their love for each other.
