Tyra Banks’ stalker founds guilty

Tyra Banks' stalker founds guiltyThe man accused of stalking model-turned-TV host Tyra Banks has been found guilty.

A judge in New York has convicted Brady Green of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment.

His sentencing is scheduled for June and Green, 39, now faces up to 90 days in jail.

Green’s lawyer says he plans to appeal the conviction, which comes a day after Tyra took the stand to testify against him.

The star told a New York court that she was warned by her staff not to leave work one day, when they learned that Green was hanging about outside the TV studio.

Tyra stared down Green across the courtroom as she said: “I fear for my safety. I feel extremely vulnerable. I fear for the safety of my staff. My family. The people in my vicinity.”

Green, who was arrested by police, was also accused of sending Tyra love letters and flowers - even though she testified that she was unaware that he had until Green was apprehended.

Manhattan prosecutors told a court that Green even threatened to kill an employee who refused to give him the address to the Chelsea studio, saying that he would slash his throat.
